 Whatsapp Messenger is a wonderful chatting application for mobile phone users and also a very close alternative and substitution to
Blackberry chat messenger for other mobile platform like Nokia Mobile Phones and i must confess i am one of those that enjoys it but on the other hand some people find it hard to use it in their mobile phones because their phones is still not supported but believe me whatsapp Messenger groups is doing all the necessary things needed to make sure that all mobile phone platform and types can be supported, though the problem is mainly experienced by some S40/JAVA phone users, that is why i decided to list the names of all supported mobile phones

WhatsApp Messenger support any BlackBerry device that meets the following requirements:

    The BlackBerry is running OS 4.6 or newer
    The BlackBerry is subscribed to a full BIS data plan.


WhatsApp Messenger for Android:
WhatsApp Messenger support all Android phones provided they meet the following requirements:

    Your Android phone is running Android OS 2.1 or later.
    Your Android phone is able to receive SMS or calls during the verification process.


You will also need an adequate data plan in order to receive messages when outside the range of a Wi-Fi network.


WhatsApp Messenger for Apple Devices:
WhatsApp Messenger do not support tablets or Wi-Fi only devices at this time

Please note: iPod and iPad devices are not supported at this time.

Requirements to use WhatsApp on a Windows Phone are the following:
